• Apricot Juice
• Condessa’s Apricot Liqueur
• Crushed Ginger
• Apricot Slice to garnish


The balance between our Condessa Apricot Liqueur and the crushed Ginger adds warmth to this cocktail – so much more sophisticated than an ordinary Bellini. Add 1 measure of Condessa’s Apricot Liqueur to a double measure of Apricot Juice. Add crushed ginger to taste – fresh works best if possible. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a slice of Apricot.
